REPORTING TO: Demand & Supply Planning Manager
POSITION PURPOSE: To ensure full product availability across all KSA stores by owning the local deployment of inventory from the KSA warehouse to stores, managing replenishment system parameters and acting as the on-ground representative of the regional supply chain function. This role acts as a critical operational extension of the central planning team, translating demand plans into daily stock deployment execution within the KSA territory.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Store Deployment Planning (KSA)
- Plan and execute warehouse-to-store replenishments for all KSA retail and Ecom locations.
- Ensure correct product flows in accordance with centrally driven supply plans.
- Continuously adjust deployment based on sell-through, local animation, pop-ups, events, and priority needs.
Replenishment Parameter Management
- Maintain and monitor store-level planning parameters in RELEX (e.g., safety stock, lead times, presentation stock, order parameters).
- Fine-tune system settings based on performance, store profile, and local demand behavior.
Inventory Optimization & Control
- Track inventory levels and stock aging in the KSA warehouse and stores.
- Ensure optimal inventory health by avoiding overstock, stock-outs, or unbalanced distribution within the network.
- Conduct root-cause analysis for availability issues and recommend local interventions.
Execution & Local Coordination
- Coordinate daily with the KSA warehouse and logistics teams to monitor delivery execution.
- Manage order creation, shipment visibility, and stock receipt confirmations.
- Escalate and solve local operational constraints impacting product availability.
Local Supply Chain Planning Representation
- Represent supply chain planning in KSA market-level meetings and activities.
- Provide local feedback to central planning on new product launches, market trends, and promotional impacts. Play the role of extended arm of central planning in KSA.
- Act as the voice of stores in ensuring demand priorities and product flows are aligned to customer expectations and feedback loop with central team is maintained for quick actions and corrections.
System & Data Integrity
- Ensure RELEX and related systems reflect real-time accurate data for all KSA stores.
- Own data accuracy in Relex for store/WHS settings in coordination with central planning.
Performance Reporting & Improvement
- Track local KPIs: store availability, replenishment accuracy, inventory cover.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and reporting insights to central teams.

- Logistics Operations (KSA): Stock movement, order dispatches, aging management.
- Store Operations: Availability, replenishment issues, feedback loops.
- IT / Master Data Teams: System settings, RELEX integrity.
DO NOT HESITATE TO APPLY IF YOU HAVE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.
- 3–5 years in supply planning or inventory management, preferably in retail or FMCG.
- Proficiency in planning tools (RELEX, SAP, Oracle, etc.) and Microsoft Excel/Power BI.
- Strong communication, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder management.
