About the Role:
We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Planning Engineer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will bring 3–5 years of solid experience in project planning, scheduling, and lookahead planning within the construction industry. You will work closely with project managers, site teams, and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain detailed Baseline project schedules using tools such as Primavera P6.
- Prepare and update lookahead plans (1-week, 2-week, 4-week) to support site execution and progress monitoring.
- Monitor project progress, analyze variances, and provide recovery and revised plans when required.
- Coordinate with site teams, procurement, and engineering to align schedules with actual progress.
- Assist in preparing progress reports, dashboards, and planning-related presentations.
- Ensure that all planning activities align with contract requirements and project goals.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- 3–5 years of proven experience as a Planning or Project Engineer in the construction industry.
- Proficient in Primavera P6, Excel and understanding Power BI
- Strong understanding of construction processes, sequencing, and planning best practices.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
