About the Role
SS&C Algorithmics is seeking highly motivated technical consultants to provide dedicated on-site support to one of SS&C’s clients located in Riyadh in managing their Algo Credit Manager (ACM) solution on client’s production environment.
This role will involve the provision of support and consultancy to ensure our client receive the best possible advice, guidance and quality of service with their ACM instance on the production environment on a 24/7 basis with a dedicated team working on-site at our client’s premises in Riyadh, KSA.
This role is a client and solution dedicated role delivering product specialist knowledge in day-to-day management of Algo Credit Manager (ACM) solution on the client’s production environment, issue management and release management of regular upgrades.

What You Will Get To Do:
- Assist our client’s Production Team with day-to-day management of ACM, issue management and release management.
- Work with various SS&C stakeholders including product owners, development teams and services teams, and with Client stakeholders including Production Team, Infrastructure Team and Development Team to deliver robust solutions.
- Day-to-day management of ACM solution on client’s production environement
- Daily batch runs and monitoring
- Intraday monitoring of ACM processes
- Maintenance of operational documents
- Issue Management on 24/7 basis
- Review and record the issues encountered or raised by other stakeholders
- Troubleshoot errors and document the finding and share with all stakeholders
- File support tickets as required and track their progress to the closure
- Assist Algo Support team in resolution of product related issues
- Guide Client teams in resolution of infrastructure related issues
- Perform periodic on-call/stand-by support, working on non-business hours as required
- Release Management
- Install ACM solution on client’s production environment
- Apply Regular Interim Fixes, Major Releases and client release packages on the production environment in line with client’s release cycle
- Undertake setup and configuration of the ACM product and third-party products (database, middleware, reporting solutions) troubleshooting, testing (functional and volume) for the installation and system upgrades
- Troubleshoot errors, performance issues, and license problems encountered during system upgrades
What You Will Bring:
- Previous Algo Credit Manager (ACM) experience is highly desired
- Degree (preferably numerate/technical) or equivalent
- At least 5 years of experience in supporting LIVE production systems preferably banking systems.
- Good hands-on use of Linux
- Should have experience of working and supporting LIVE production systems
- Scripting experience (Groovy Script, Java Script, shell)
- Experience with middleware solutions
- Experience with Kubernetes and OpenShift
- Familiarity with database essentials (SQL, installation, sizing, performance) Experienced DBA skills not essential, but familiarity with using one current RDBMS is preferred.
- Working knowledge of Core Java principles, SQL, Web app server deployment principles.
- Working knowledge of messaging principles or protocols JMS, MQ
- Working knowledge of REST and SOAP
- Working knowledge of performance optimization techniques and dev ops principles
- Oral communication in English
- Presentation and communication skills
- Ability to address and use initiative to deliver solutions to technical and business problems
- Ability and desire to adapt, learn and explore new technologies
- High degree of initiative and learning to work with complex software products with minimal supervision
- Capacity to estimate, manage own work and keep within plan
