The Job in a Nutshell
We’re looking for a dynamic and strategic Senior Marketing Specialist to lead and execute performance-driven marketing campaigns across multiple channels. This role blends content planning, influencer collaboration, CRM campaign execution, and offer testing to drive both brand engagement and customer acquisition. You'll work closely with performance marketing, CRM, and external partners to ensure alignment and impact.
What Will You Do❓
- Performance Campaign Calendar: Lead the planning and management of the content calendar for performance-driven campaigns, working closely with the Performance Marketing team to ensure alignment and drive measurable results across key channels.
- Always-On Influencer Strategy: Collaborate with influencer agencies and internal resources to develop and maintain long-term influencer relationships. Ensure consistent monthly activations that support brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- CRM Campaign Management: Manage the CRM content calendar in coordination with the CRM Manager, including emails, Whatsapp’s, and other retention touchpoints to engage active clients, and other existing segments.
- Offers & Acquisition Testing: Own the testing and optimization of monthly offers aimed at driving acquisition. Monitor performance to identify scalable and sustainable acquisition strategies.
- Media Planning & Buying: Support media planning and buying efforts when relevant and needed.
- Marketing Collateral Development: Manage the creation of presentations, brochures, flyers, video briefs, and sales enablement assets across multiple business units.
- Market Research & Analysis: Stay up-to-date with market trends, customer needs, and competitor positioning to inform content strategy and marketing focus.
What Are We Looking For❓
- 4–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in SaaS, fintech, or tech industries.
- Proven ability to manage campaigns and influencers.
- Excellent written and verbal Arabic & English communication skills.
- Strong understanding of F&B or retail tech landscapes is a big plus.
