Job Purpose
The Sales & Leasing Performance Unit (PU) within Qiddiya is responsible for developing best practice sales and leasing standards and expertise within the organization. Strategic objectives include ensuring the development of sales and leasing best practices to support the Sales & Leasing Operations team within the organization, ensuring consistency across projects, supporting the ongoing training & development of sales and leasing team members, and providing guidance and support as it relates to implementation of procedures and tools.
The Sales & Leasing PU develops and manages policies and procedures, standardized documents and templates, sales and leasing tools, and sales and leasing operations. The unit will also develop and manage an online training academy that will have sales and leasing curriculum as its core function. The unit will further develop and manage the sales and leasing customer journey to support the requirements for sales and leasing of each of the asset class development Business Units, including CRM, digital tool requirements and experience center requirements and ongoing management of the Sales and Leasing operations. The Sales & Leasing PU team will also provide current market intelligence and benchmarking as required to support the sales and leasing team.
The Online Platform Senior Manager is responsible for the technical setup, development, and ongoing management of the online academy platform focused on real estate sales and leasing education. This role will initially collaborate with a technical consultant to design and implement the platform, ensuring that it meets the academy's strategic objectives and provides a seamless user experience. Following the platform's launch, the Senior Manager will take over its technical management, overseeing maintenance, system updates, user support, and continuous improvements. The role requires a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a best-in-class e-learning experience. The Senior Manager will be expected to drive the platform’s continuous improvement, ensuring it aligns with the latest educational technologies and trends in the industry. They will lead the efforts to ensure the platform’s scalability, performance, and integration with other tools and systems, while also focusing on the user experience, learner engagement, and content accessibility.

Strategic Responsibilities
Platform Development & Strategy:
- Collaborate with a technical consultant to oversee the development and implementation of the online academy platform, ensuring it aligns with the academy's educational objectives and business goals.
- Develop a long-term technical strategy for the platform, including plans for scalability, security, and integration with other systems.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies in the e-learning and real estate industries to ensure the platform remains competitive and state-of-the-art.
Technology & Innovation Leadership:
- Lead the technical vision for the online academy, including the selection of appropriate tools, platforms, and software to enhance the learning experience.
- Evaluate and integrate new features and tools to continuously improve the platform’s functionality and user experience.
- Build and maintain relationships with third-party vendors and service providers to support the platform’s technical infrastructure and operations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with curriculum development, Human Resources, IT, instructional design, and marketing teams to ensure that the platform meets their needs and enables them to deliver high-quality, engaging learning content.
- Provide technical guidance to non-technical stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of platform capabilities and limitations.
- Act as a key point of contact between technical teams, consultants, and the broader academy team, ensuring effective communication and project alignment.
Data Security & Compliance:
- Develop and implement data security protocols to protect user information and comply with relevant data privacy regulations.
- Ensure the platform meets all legal and compliance requirements, particularly those related to e-learning, data protection, and financial transactions.
Operational Responsibilities
Platform Setup & Technical Management:
- Support in the oversight of the technical setup of the online academy platform, including system architecture, hosting, software configuration, and integration with other systems (e.g., CRM, payment gateways).
- Support Qiddiya IT to Manage system maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
- Coordinate with IT teams to implement security measures, backup procedures, and disaster recovery plans.
User Experience & Support:
- Monitor the platform’s performance, identifying and addressing technical issues promptly to minimize disruptions for learners and instructors.
- Develop and implement user support protocols, including a helpdesk, FAQs, and technical training for users.
- Gather feedback from users to identify areas for improvement and work on enhancing the platform’s usability and accessibility.
Project Management:
- Work with the Qiddiya IT and HR teams to develop and project manage the initial creation of the platform.
- Create detailed project plans for platform development, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and budget management.
- Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, adjusting plans as necessary to accommodate changes or new requirements.
- Conduct regular status meetings with the technical team, consultants, and stakeholders to provide updates on progress and address any roadblocks.
System Integration & Automation:
- Manage the integration of the online academy platform with other enterprise systems (e.g., LMS, HR systems, analytics platforms) to streamline operations and improve data flow.
- Implement automation solutions where possible to reduce manual workload and improve operational efficiency.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
- Develop metrics to monitor the platform’s performance, user engagement, and technical health, providing regular reports to the Director of the Training Academy.
- Use data analytics to identify patterns, trends, and areas for improvement, making data-driven recommendations to enhance the platform.
- Prepare technical documentation, user guides, and training materials to support ongoing platform management and user onboarding.
Vendor & Budget Management:
- Manage contracts and relationships with third-party service providers, ensuring that service-level agreements (SLAs) are met.
- Oversee the budget for platform development and maintenance, identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
- Evaluate and approve purchases of software, licenses, and technical services needed to maintain and enhance the platform.
People Responsibilities

Requirements
Knowledge, Qualifications & Skills required
Essential (must have to perform the role)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or a related field.
- +8 years of experience in technical project management, software development, or IT management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in setting up, managing and maintaining e-learning platforms or other complex online systems.
- Familiarity with e-learning tools, LMS platforms and technologies relevant to online learning.
- Proven ability to manage complex technology projects with a track record of delivering results on time and within budget.
- High level of integrity, drive and intellectual curiosity is vital.
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills to communicate with learners, instructors, and stakeholders.
- Sincere enthusiasm for Qiddiya generating a genuine strong commercial narrative.
- Able to multi-task and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
