Role Description
We are seeking a highly driven Operational Excellence Supervisor to join our Riyadh-based team. This role plays a critical part in improving operational processes, enhancing service delivery, and ensuring performance KPIs are consistently met across our logistics operations. You will be responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives, monitoring service quality, optimizing resource utilization, and developing action plans to meet company-wide operational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day performance monitoring of logistics operations (B2B & B2C), ensuring SLA compliance and delivery excellence.
- Analyze operational KPIs and identify opportunities to reduce cost and improve efficiency (e.g., cost per order, delivery success rate, fleet utilization).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Fleet, Customer Service, Technical Support, and Carriers to streamline workflows.
- Design and implement continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile methodologies.
- Support the deployment of new processes and technologies across the delivery network.
- Oversee the development of automated reports, dashboards, and visual performance trackers using Power BI and Tableau.
- Support onboarding and performance tracking for internal fleet and third-party logistics partners.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 4+ years in logistics, supply chain, or operations excellence roles, preferably in a tech-enabled environment.
- Proven experience in leading continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.
- Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience in data tools: Power BI, Excel, Tableau, and SQL.
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies (Green Belt certification is a plus).
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and leadership capabilities to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
