Basic Function
The Employee Services Advisor is responsible for managing Division/units business needs and the transportation, accommodation for JHAH employee and guest.
Scope
Under limited supervision, the Employee Services Advisor (ESA) provides estimated cost analysis for the activities he/she is involved with. Through effective communication with employees/customers the ESA coordinates the services required, provides constant updates, receives feedback, and resolves any issues as they may arise during the services delivery process.
Principal Contacts
Internal Contact with JHAH C-suite, management, Human Resources, Planning, Finance, Facilities Planning Engineers, and JHAH Government Affairs Staff.
External Contact with:
- Saudi Aramco Community Services
- Accommodation providers
- Transportation providers
Principal Duties
- Maintains current information from numerous sources/systems, and prepares status reports.
- Analyzes various sources of data and provides statistical reports and presentations.
- Creates, designs and develops business requirements document to be used by the team.
- Provides professional advice and assistance to employees on a variety of matters relating to personnel and HR policies, procedures and programs.
- Conducts related training workshops to divisions/units’ employees.
- Collaborates closely and meets with customers, business proponents and other HR teams to define business requirements.
- Maintains housing duties when required:
- Ability to effectively communicate with employees/customers regarding services recommended and performed and process all guest requests.
- Liaising with travel partners, and hotels, to manage bookings, schedules and related promotions for employees.
- Assists with the coordination of alternate transportation, rental car reservations, shuttle etc.
- Maintains contingency lists to have a record of all guests in case of emergency.
- Handles inquiries, answers questions, complaints, and resolves problems.
- Insures JHAH guests are comfortable and satisfied with their accommodation.
- Manages guests’ transportation (Airport – Hotel – JHAH).
- Performs other miscellaneous related duties as requested by Team Lead.
Education
BS degree in HR, Hospitality, Public Relation or related majors or equivalent.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of related field experience
- Experience with customer service preferred
Certifications/Other requirements as applicable
- Demonstrates an extreme attention to detail
- Reads, analyzes and interprets general business reports
- Ability to write, present and respond to customers and staff members in a professional manner
- Ability to compute basic business Microsoft Office
- Fluent English written and verbal communication skills
- Valid Saudi Driving License and good driving records
