About the Role

Who We’re Looking For
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus
- Experience: Minimum 4 years in sales management, preferably in B2B or B2C environments (Retail, SaaS, FMCG, or Logistics experience is a plus)
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and people management abilities
- Deep knowledge of sales cycles, customer journeys, and closing techniques
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Arabic and English
- Strong analytical skills for market research and sales forecasting
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Willingness to travel when necessary
