We are currently looking for a dynamic Retail Sales Manager to join our team in this fast-paced consumer goods environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading our retail sales efforts, ensuring that our customers receive the highest quality service and support, and further solidifying Sealy Mattress Middle East's position as a top choice in premium bedding solutions throughout the region.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective retail sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
- Manage and oversee daily operations of retail store locations, ensuring high standards of customer service and store presentation.
- Train, mentor, and lead retail staff to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for expansion.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop in-store promotions and advertising campaigns to increase foot traffic and sales.
- Establish strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and feedback to improve overall satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with supply chain teams to ensure timely restocking of merchandise.
Requirements
- Proven 5 years of experience as a Retail Sales Manager or similar role in the consumer goods industry.
- Strong understanding of retail management principles and best practices.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate staff effectively.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and team members.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and derive actionable insights.
- Familiarity with various retail software and point of sale (POS) systems.
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
