Job Summary
Highly motivated fresh graduates will join our Retail Leaders Program, designed to develop the next generation of showroom managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in full training: operations, sales, leadership
- Assist showroom managers
- Support sales targets
- Handle stock levels & customer inquiries
- Collaborate with warehouse, back-office, HR
- Participate in evaluations, projects
- Prepare for full management responsibilities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering / Interior Design
- Fresh graduates or 1-2 years experience
- Strong communication & leadership
- High motivation & passion for retail
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
