Job Summary:*
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Retail Marketing Executive / Visual Merchandising Executive to lead our retail marketing strategies and visual merchandising efforts. This role involves enhancing the aesthetic appeal of retail spaces, managing product displays, catalogues, packaging designs, and ensuring consistency in retail display management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement retail marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.
- Design and oversee the creation of engaging product displays, catalogues, and packaging designs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business objectives.
- Analyze market trends and customer preferences to inform merchandising decisions.
- Manage and optimize retail displays to ensure they are visually appealing and effective in driving sales.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality of marketing materials.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and merchandising strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail marketing or visual merchandising.
- Strong creative and analytical skills with a keen eye for design.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in design and marketing software tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with the retail landscape in KSA is a plus
