Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an organized and detail-oriented Reporting Assistant (Saudi National) to join our team!
In this role, you will support the preparation and coordination of various reports and dashboards to ensure accurate project tracking and decision-making across key stakeholders.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Assisting in the preparation and formatting of weekly, monthly, and quarterly progress reports.
Gathering data from internal departments and external partners to support report compilation.
Updating reporting templates and dashboards using Excel, Power BI, and other relevant tools.
Maintaining organized records of past reports, supporting documentation, and data sources.
Supporting internal coordination efforts to ensure timely submission of inputs and status updates.
Escalating data gaps, inconsistencies, or delays to the Reporting Manager.
Ensuring adherence to standard reporting protocols and quality control processes.
Assisting in the preparation of presentations and ad-hoc reporting requirements.
What Required Skills You’ll Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in reporting, data analysis, or project coordination.
Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and basic Power BI functionality.
Excellent attention to detail, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced project environment.
Saudi Nationals preferred
What Desired Skills You’ll Bring:
Previous experience in infrastructure, construction, or engineering projects.
Familiarity with tools like SharePoint, Primavera P6, or similar project management/reporting platforms.
Exposure to working in large-scale programs involving multiple stakeholders or consultants.
