We advise private and public sector clients on a wide range of real estate topics that extend across 4 focus areas: institutional excellence, sector advancement, project success, and portfolio optimization.
We help real estate developers, operators, and relevant government authorities achieve institutional excellence through solving strategic, tactical and operational problems. Common topics we advise on include institutional strategy formulation & refresh, operating model development & refresh, business growth strategy, and strategy cascading & performance management.
We advise national, regional and local governments on a wide range of top-priority topics to enable significant real estate sector development leaps. Common topics we advise on include national real estate sector strategy, private sector engagement strategy, sustainable real estate development, affordable housing, and sector-relevant policy reviews & appraisals.
We help real estate developers and operators plan, develop, and manage successful projects, destinations and communities. Common topics we advise on include market assessments, business case development, concept ideation & visioning, financial feasibility assessments, funding strategy, development & operations strategy, residence/visitor excellence strategy.
We advise financial investors and landbank owners on optimizing their real estate exposures. Common topics we advise on include portfolio review & optimization, investment strategy formulation, and landbank commercialization strategy.
Responsibilities
We are looking to hire a Senior Consultant to support in delivering projects across the Middle East region. As a Senior Consultant, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Professional skills and responsibilities for this level include but are not limited to:
Support the team by working on engagement proposals
Lead selected sections within project deliverables under the guidance of engagement management
Support in preparing engagement discussion material (e.g., kick-off presentation, workshop presentations, ExCom decks)
Engage and participate in team brainstorming sessions to ensure high quality engagement delivery
Help the team in their expansion efforts by supporting in the development (and maintenance) of capability statements, thought leadership pieces, and other relevant business development material
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of client engagements
Guide, oversee and train junior consultants to ensure successful project delivery and professional development
Requirements
2-7 years of experience in management consulting and/or real estate consulting
Master’s degree in business-related is a plus (e.g., MBA, MSc in Finance, MSc in Strategic Management)
Experience in developing corporate/institutional strategies and operating models is preferred
Experience in conducting real estate market assessments, feasibility studies, and HBUs is preferred
A strong interest in the real estate sector
Possession of a problem-solving mindset
The ability and willingness to travel within the Middle East
Experience in working with government, state-owned enterprises or government-related entities is preferred
Fluent in written and spoken English and Arabic is preferred
Strong communication skills
