Accountant with Real Estate Experience Full-Time (Riyadh)
We are looking for a professional accountant to work full-time at a real estate office in Riyadh, with at least 5 years of experience in the real estate sector, capable of managing financial and accounting aspects with accuracy and efficiency.
Job Responsibilities:
- Preparing financial statements (monthly, quarterly, annually)
- Recording daily journal entries and tracking weekly transactions
- Preparing collection reports and linking them to real estate contracts
- Managing and submitting VAT declarations via the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority
- Preparing and submitting the annual Zakat declaration
- Handling all general accounting tasks for the office and properties
