Key Responsibilities:
Assist in recording day-to-day financial transactions (payables, receivables, petty cash, etc.)
Maintain accurate project cost records, including supplier invoices, material purchases, and subcontractor payments.
Support in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports.
Help track project budgets and ensure costs are aligned with estimates.
Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and ledgers.
Process employee reimbursements and ensure supporting documentation is in order.
Assist with VAT filing and ensure compliance with ZATCA regulations.
Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records (both digital and hard copy).
Coordinate with the procurement and site teams for invoice verification and approvals.
Support in annual audits and provide required documentation.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
1–2 years of accounting experience; construction or interior fit-out experience is a plus.
Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or ERP systems).
Basic understanding of Saudi VAT regulations.
Strong proficiency in MS Excel and data entry.
Good communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
