Valmet is looking for a Project Sales Manager to lead the growth of our Flow Control projects in Saudi Arabia. Reporting directly to the Director for Saudi Arabia and Bahrain, this role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of a strategic business line in a dynamic and fast-growing market.

In this role, you will:
- Drive project sales and marketing efforts for Valmet Flow Control products.
- Secure product approvals with End Users and EPCs and ensure inclusion on relevant project vendor lists.
- Conduct market mapping to identify project business potential and define project development initiatives.
- Develop and implement annual action plans for projects and OEMs.
- Build and maintain high-level customer relationships to support long-term growth.
- Organize and lead customer seminars, events, and marketing campaigns.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities and recommend strategic actions.
- Follow up on all local projects with contractors from FEED to award stage.
- Facilitate effective inter-company project communication.
- Provide timely and accurate reports to management.
- Review technical specifications and respond to inquiries during the quotation phase.
- Lead commercial contract reviews and negotiations.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field preferred).
- Minimum 10 years of sales experience in the valve industry within the Middle East.
- Strong knowledge of valves and flow control products.
- Proven track record in business development and key account management.
- Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory effectively.
- Strong negotiation skills with a focus on closing deals and achieving revenue targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Ability to assess customer needs and provide tailored technical solutions.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and proactive in identifying new business opportunities.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
