About the Role:
We are looking for a Sales Manager who will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, managing relationships and ensuring their event needs are met with excellence. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional communication skills and a passion for events.
Key Responsibilities:
· Client Relationship Management, build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives.
· Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and support.
· Event Planning and Coordination, collaborate with clients to develop and execute event concepts, timelines, and budgets.
· Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless event execution.
· Project Management skill to oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.
· Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to stay on track.
· Reporting and Analysis, Provide regular updates to clients and internal teams on project status and outcomes.
· Analyze event performance and client feedback to identify areas for improvement.
· Identify business opportunities for upselling additional services or events to existing clients.
· Assist in the preparation of proposals and presentations for potential clients.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
· Experience is mandatory in the events industry. ( at least 2 years of GCC experience in the exhibition and events industry).
· Strong understanding of event logistics, planning, and execution.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency in project management software and tools.
· Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Proficient in written and oral communication skills (Arabic & English)
· Results driven, commercially minded and excellent organizational skills
· Track record in delivering and exceeding sales targets
· Understanding of sales performance metrics
· Knowledge of budgeting and financial management related to events.
· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
· Ability to negotiate confidently at all levels
· With valid Saudi Driver's License is a plus
