Job title: Project Sales Executive
Job Summary:
The Project Sales Executive is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and project developers to promote and sell Astoh’s high-end porcelain and quartz surface solutions for large-scale residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
Qualifications and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field·
- Minimum 2 years of project sales experience in the building materials, surfaces, or architectural products sector.
- Established network of contacts with architects, designers, and contractors.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills· Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel locally between project sites and client offices.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify and target key decision-makers in architectural, contracting, and real estate development firms.
- Approach and qualify leads, converting them into active project opportunities.
- Promote Astoh’s product to project stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver tailored technical and commercial proposals.
- Negotiate terms, close deals, and ensure timely contract execution.
- Collaborate with the design, technical, and fabrication teams to ensure accurate specifications and deliverables.
- Follow up on orders, production timelines, and deliveries to meet project deadlines.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
