Job Summary
Oxford Integration is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead and expand our operations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving business growth, managing key accounts, and establishing a strong presence for our AV, ELV, immersive reality, and collaboration solutions across various sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Drive and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals in KSA.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the government, corporate, education and Fit-out sectors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and strategic partners.
Oversee the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Collaborate with technical and presales teams to develop and present suitable AV/ICT solutions tailored to client requirements.
Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to clients and decision-makers.
Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Represent Oxford Integration in trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events in Saudi Arabia.
Provide accurate sales forecasting and regular reporting to senior management.
Requirements
Proven experience in a Sales Management role, preferably in the Audio-Visual or ICT sector.
Strong understanding of the Saudi market, particularly within Riyadh and government sectors.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to lead sales initiatives independently and work in a results-driven environment.
Existing network or client base in relevant sectors is a strong advantage.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
