Position Title: Project Manager – Restaurant Builds & Fit-Outs
Location: Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (multiple sites)
Compensation: SAR 25,000 per month (live-out)

About the Role
A fast-growing hospitality group is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to oversee restaurant construction and fit-out projects across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for managing multiple site builds simultaneously, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in managing F&B developments in the region, a strong network of trusted suppliers and contractors, and a track record of delivering premium restaurant projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of restaurant construction and fit-out projects, from design coordination and approvals to final handover
- Lead site inspections, project timelines, and contractor deliverables across multiple locations
- Coordinate with designers, architects, and operational teams to ensure design integrity and functionality
- Source and manage vendors, negotiate contracts, and oversee procurement in alignment with budget constraints
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress, risks, and milestones
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, health and safety standards, and licensing requirements
- Anticipate and proactively solve problems to keep projects on track and minimize downtime
- Prepare and manage detailed project reports, financial forecasts, and close-out documentation
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of project management experience, specifically within the hospitality or restaurant development sector
- Proven track record of managing restaurant builds and fit-outs in KSA
- Deep knowledge of local building regulations, permitting processes, and construction standards
- Strong network of local contractors, suppliers, and consultants in the F&B industry
- Exceptional project planning, budgeting, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams across multiple sites
- Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a strong advantage
- Must have valid, contactable professional references
Remuneration & Conditions
- Competitive monthly salary of SAR 25,000, based on experience and qualifications
- Live-out arrangement with local mobility required
- Project-based travel within Saudi Arabia as needed
