Master-Works is looking for a dedicated and proactive Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The Project Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting project managers and ensuring that projects run smoothly and efficiently. This position requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of project plans to ensure successful project delivery.
- Coordinate project activities, including scheduling meetings, ensuring that deadlines are met, and tracking progress against project milestones.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and documentation control processes.
- Facilitate communication between project teams, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and engaged.
- Monitor project budgets and expenditures, assisting in financial tracking and reporting.
- Prepare and distribute project status reports to stakeholders and team members.
- Identify any potential risks or issues affecting project timelines and assist in implementing solutions.
- Support the Project Manager in various administrative tasks related to project management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in project management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in project coordination or similar roles.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in service provider compliance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Basic understanding of project management methodologies is a plus.
