Project Manager
The Project Manager is responsible for leading the end-to-end management of projects, with a particular focus on generating sales through project acquisition and ensuring their successful execution. This role combines both commercial and operational responsibilities, requiring the ability to develop winning proposals, secure projects in both government and private sectors, and deliver them to completion in line with organizational objectives.
The Project Manager oversees all phases of the project lifecycle — from planning and bidding to execution and delivery. By actively engaging with clients, consultants, and stakeholders, the Project Manager drives business growth through project sales, while also ensuring that timelines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met.
The role requires strong business acumen, strategic sales orientation, and the ability to convert opportunities into awarded projects, in addition to managing execution and delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, pursue, and secure projects through effective sales strategies and proposal development.
Develop and present comprehensive project bids tailored to client and organizational requirements.
Lead project execution to achieve defined objectives within scope, time, and budget.
Establish and manage project schedules while tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships to support ongoing and future project sales.
Monitor resources, risks, and deliverables to ensure project success and customer satisfaction.
