Qualifications:
Experience in Microsoft Office, Primavera and Microsoft Project applications is essential. Candidates with experience gained within the consultancy sector on major scale mixed-use development projects will be of great interest.

Our newest opportunity is for a talented Project Construction Manager to join our international consulting team on a landmark mixed-use mega project in Madinah , KSA for a mixed-Use Mega Development (including luxury 5-star hotel, residential, retail, and commercial components).
The Construction Manager will be responsible for overseeing all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, safety standards, and quality requirements. This is a high-profile role requiring coordination between contractors, consultants, and client stakeholders to deliver world-class assets in one of the region’s most significant urban transformations.
Leading and managing all on-site construction activities from pre-construction through handover, ensuring alignment with project timelines and quality benchmarks.- Coordinating between contractors, sub-contractors, design consultants, and client representatives to ensure smooth execution of construction packages.
- Monitoring construction progress against approved schedules and budgets, identifying and mitigating potential risks and delays.
- Ensuring the highest standards of quality control and health & safety are implemented and maintained across all project components.
- Providing regular progress reports, site updates, and recommendations to the Project Director and other senior stakeholders.
- Reviewing and approving construction-related documents, RFIs, method statements, and shop drawings.
- Ensuring that construction is aligned with the design intent, particularly for the high-end hospitality and luxury hotel elements.
- Fostering a collaborative environment across multi-disciplinary teams, promoting best practices and innovation in construction delivery.
- Demonstrating and leading with your experience in managing large-scale mixed-use developments, including luxury 5-star hotels, high-rise residential, retail, and commercial components.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 15+ years' work experience (at least 5 years within the GCC region) partnered with a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering. You must have demonstrated experience managing large-scale mixed-use developments, including luxury 5-star hotels, high-rise residential, retail, and commercial components.
Proven ability to deliver complex, multi-phase projects on time and within budget.- Deep understanding of regional construction standards, building codes, and regulatory frameworks in Saudi Arabia or the GCC..
- Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
