Our client, a renowned private developer in Saudi Arabia is urgently looking to hire a Procurement Director for its prestigious project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Procurement Director for our client's Commercial and Reporting division. This pivotal role focuses on enhancing procurement operations through comprehensive reporting, ensuring that procurement practices align with business objectives and drive the success of our diverse projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of procurement strategies that support business goals and optimize costs.
- Oversee commercial aspects of procurement, ensuring effective negotiation and management of contracts with vendors.
- Generate detailed procurement reports and analytics to provide insights into expenditure trends, supplier performance, and operational efficiencies.
- Work closely with finance teams to develop budgets and forecasts related to procurement activities.
- Collaborate with various departments to understand their procurement needs and advise on best practices and commercial strategies.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations throughout the procurement process.
- Monitor market trends and industry standards to keep procurement practices competitive and innovative.

Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- 12+ years of experience in procurement, with a focus on commercial management and reporting.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes, contract law, and vendor management.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Demonstrated experience in negotiating and managing supplier contracts.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in procurement software and reporting tools.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.

Pay: ﷼80,000.00 - ﷼90,000.00 per month
