As Lendo continues to grow, we’re looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative Partner Success Associate to support the success of our expanding partner network. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Partnership Manager to ensure smooth onboarding, provide ongoing enablement, and track performance across key metrics. You’ll help resolve day-to-day challenges, coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions, and gather insights to enhance partner experience. By driving efficiency and supporting growth initiatives, you’ll play a key role in maximizing the value of our partnerships and strengthening Lendo’s ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Partner Relationship Management
Serve as the day-to-day contact for assigned partners, ensuring seamless communication and support.
Build strong relationships with partners by understanding their goals, challenges, and business models.
Onboarding & Enablement
Support the onboarding process of new partners, ensuring a smooth transition into our platform and services.
Provide training and resources to partners to maximize the use of our fintech products.
Performance & Growth
Monitor partner performance metrics and identify opportunities to increase engagement and revenue.
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, operations, compliance) to ensure partner success and resolve issues quickly.
Reporting & Analytics
Prepare regular reports on partner performance, engagement, and revenue contributions.
Track key metrics (adoption, transaction volume, satisfaction scores, etc.) and highlight risks or opportunities.
Present insights and recommendations to management to support strategic decision-making.
Maintain accurate partner records, dashboards, and reporting documentation.
Problem-Solving & Support
Respond to partner inquiries and troubleshoot challenges related to processes, integrations, or product usage.
Escalate critical issues to the appropriate internal teams while maintaining partner satisfaction.
Collaboration & Feedback
Collect partner feedback and share insights with internal teams to improve products, processes, and partner experience.
Support the development of partner playbooks, FAQs, and best practices to enhance scalability.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a any related field.
1–3 years of experience in partnerships , partner success, account management, customer success, or business development
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to track KPIs, prepare reports, and identify growth opportunities.
Proactive problem solver with strong organizational skills.
Familiarity with financial products, digital payments, or fintech solutions.
