Key Responsibilities:
- Manage mechanical engineering aspects of construction projects from planning through execution.
- Prepare and review project plans, budgets, and schedules related to mechanical systems.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to integrate mechanical solutions into overall project designs.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety regulations.
- Facilitate communication between project teams and clients to ensure expectations are met.
- Analyze project performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in mechanical engineering with a focus on project and construction management.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and project management principles.
- Proficiency in project management software and engineering design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
- Experience in managing multidisciplinary teams and leading projects effectively.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
