This Position reports to:
Regional Marketing and Sales Manager-MMEYour role and responsibilities :
In this role, you will have the opportunity to define and implement sales and marketing strategies for the assigned area. Each day, you will manage the marketing and sales action plans to achieve the key qualitative and quantitative targets in a profitable way and to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by proactively leading, developing, and coaching the Marketing and Sales function.
This role is contributing to the ELSE Division Marketing & Sales Manager in Saudi Arabia.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Responsible for creating, planning, and implementing the marketing and sales mission, vision, and strategy, along with the budget and efficiency targets for the assigned area.
- Creating, planning, and implementing service sales strategies by increasing the Installed Base (IB) penetration through effective utilization of IB database.
- Obtaining feedback on sales development, distributing of resources for service sales activities, and reporting current market status.
- Leads the definition of the assigned division and area footprint (market presence, execution standards, and delivery model).
- Oversees the assigned teams that identify, monitor, and maintain/exceed the sales market price levels and evaluates the pricing impact on the results with the Product Management team.
- Defines key marketing and sales targets (e.g., volume, prices, portfolio mix) and establishes appropriate metrics and measurement tools to monitor the performance.
- Anticipates results and identifies gaps in performance, proactively, to take early remedial action and ensure that the targets are achieved in the global markets and drives the growth of the top line in each market.
- Responsible for achieving the assigned order intake, margin, and related objectives for the assigned product portfolio, globally.
- Drives the evaluation of potential new and existing markets and their needs and ensures proactive sales approach with a focus on solutions.
- Oversees the market trends, competitive analysis, and market segment definition activities.
- Ensures that the market is well monitored by developing efficient marketing and sales tools and their effective maintenance and usage.
- Supports the Sales organizations to ensure achievement of sales volume and product mix targets.
- Defines the systems to monitor clients’ financial status and anticipates and reports the changes in typical risk factors to relevant internal partner teams, globally.
- Develops, implements, and reviews sales processes, related tools, and all relevant training and development plans, actions, and programs.

Qualifications for the role:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or a related field. Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Marketing is often preferred.
- Proven experience in electrification services, such as: Switchgear - Transformers - Substation services - Energy distribution & automation.
- Experience working with utilities, EPCs, industrial clients, or government entities is often expected. Knowledge of local market and regulations (e.g., SEC standards, Aramco requirements).
- Strong understanding of: Power distribution and electrification technologies - Electrical safety standards (IEC, IEEE, etc.) - Asset lifecycle and maintenance strategies.
- Commercial acumen: P&L responsibility - Tendering and proposal development - Contract negotiation and risk assessment .
- Knowledge of digital services or smart grid solutions is a strong advantage.
