Job Description: Legal Consultant
We are seeking a Saudi national licensed lawyer to join our legal team as a Legal Consultant, with a primary focus on:
- Debt recovery and client payment disputes
- Labor and employee-related legal matters
- Partner/shareholder conflicts and dispute resolution
- Customer and supplier contract enforcement
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all legal actions related to recovery of dues and overdue payments
- Represent the company in labor courts and resolve employment disputes
- Provide legal support for partnership disagreements and internal conflicts
- Draft and review legal notices, contracts, and settlement agreements
- Liaise with courts, external lawyers, and government authorities as needed
Qualifications:
- Saudi national with a valid legal practice license
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB); Master’s is a plus
- 3–5 years of relevant legal experience in Saudi Arabia
- Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law, commercial law, and dispute resolution
- Fluent in Arabic; professional English preferred
- Strong negotiation, drafting, and litigation skills
