- Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial, real estate, finance, and insurance agreements (e.g., leases, SPAs, management agreements, NDAs, MOUs).
- Compliance & Risk: Ensure legal and regulatory compliance across business activities. Identify and manage legal risks, advising stakeholders on statutory requirements and best practices.
- Litigation & Disputes: Handle and resolve disputes, represent the Group in courts and before competent authorities, and manage external counsel. Prioritize amicable settlements when viable.
- Retail & Corporate Advisory: Provide legal guidance on retail licensing, trademarks, company formation, and corporate governance matters.
- Government Relations: Maintain strong communication with regulatory bodies and government entities. Manage licensing, approvals, and regulatory engagement effectively.
- Strong knowledge of commercial and regulatory law, with proven litigation exposure.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience liaising with government and regulatory authorities.
- Law degree with relevant jurisdictional qualifications.
- Minimum 15 years’ relevant experience.
