Job Opportunity – IT Technician (Hardware & Software)
Job Description:
We are a leading company in the hospitality sector, looking for technicians for the following roles
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware (PCs, laptops, printers, peripherals).
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues in a timely manner.
- Provide technical support to employees on-site and remotely.
- Perform system updates, upgrades, and regular maintenance.
- Ensure network connectivity and troubleshoot network-related issues.
- Maintain inventory of IT equipment and software licenses.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Technician or in a similar technical support role.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and software applications.
- Familiarity with networking concepts (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, Wi-Fi).
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
