CCDS is seeking a skilled Infrastructure Engineer to become an important part of our technical team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, implementation, and management of the infrastructure that supports our operations and client projects. You will work in a dynamic environment where collaboration and innovation are highly valued, ensuring our infrastructure remains secure and scalable.
Key Responsibilities
Backup & Storage
- Technologies: Veeam Backup & Replication, Huawei OceanStor, HPE 3PAR, HPE StoreOnce
- Provide day-to-day operational support.
- Monitor and manage backup jobs and replication processes to ensure data integrity and availability.
- Ensure compliance with backup retention policies and regulatory requirements.
- Execute data restoration requests promptly to minimize downtime.
- Regularly test and validate disaster recovery (DR) plans for business continuity.
Active Directory (AD) & Domain Controllers
- Technologies: Microsoft Windows Server 2019 (3 Domain Controllers)
- Provide daily operational support for AD and domain controllers.
- Maintain high availability and synchronization of domain controllers.
- Administer user accounts, groups, and organizational units (provisioning & de-provisioning).
- Monitor AD health and proactively resolve issues to prevent service disruptions.
Email Systems
- Technologies: Exchange Server 2016 (DAG with 3 members), Migration to Exchange Server 2019
- Provide daily operational support for email systems.
- Manage mailboxes: provisioning, permissions, and quota assignments.
- Ensure DAG health monitoring and synchronization for continuous availability.
Virtualization
- Technologies: VMware vSphere 6.7 and 7.2
- Provide day-to-day operational support of virtual environments.
- Monitor and optimize VM performance and resource utilization.
- Manage ESXi host upgrades, patching, and maintenance.
Requirements
- Saudi Nationality is preffered
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in infrastructure operations and support.
- Strong expertise in backup, storage, Active Directory, email systems, and virtualization technologies.
- Proficiency with Veeam, VMware vSphere, Exchange Server, and Windows Server environments.
- Knowledge of disaster recovery planning and execution.
- Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Ability to work independently and within a team in a high-demand environment.
