Summary-
We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across the sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including split units, package units, VRV/VRF systems, and chillers.
- Perform routine maintenance and ensure all HVAC systems operate efficiently and effectively.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults for HVAC systems.
- Maintain compliance with local HVAC codes and regulations.
- Monitor and record system operations and maintenance logs.
- Handle emergency repairs and provide timely resolution to system failures.
- Ensure proper safety protocols and use of PPE during all operations.
- Collaborate with other technicians and facility teams as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role.
- Technical certification or diploma in HVAC or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and diagnostic equipment.
- Understanding of electrical wiring diagrams and safety procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in the industrial sector.
- Knowledge of Building Management Systems.
- Ability to work under minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ﷼3,500.00 - ﷼4,000.00 per month
