Overview:
HR Business Associate role based in Jeddah. This role will support the HR department in various functions, including recruitment, payroll, personnel administration, employee relations, and maintaining HR records. This junior position is ideal for individuals looking to build a career in human resources and develop a strong foundation in HR processes and best practices.
- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates
- Support onboarding and orientation processes for new hires as per Saudi labor laws.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, both digital and physical.-Provide payroll
- Provide administrative support for HR programs
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and processes.
- Help organize company events, trainings, and team-building activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Saudi labor laws.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR in a similar industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Arabic.
- Team Player.
- Attention to details.
- Discretion with confidential information.
