We are looking for a proactive and motivated Saudi National to join our team as a Business Development Officer. The ideal candidate will support the company in identifying and securing new business opportunities, managing RFP processes, and expanding our local presence in the Saudi market. This role requires strong communication skills, initiative, and a willingness to learn and grow within the company. Flexible hours and work from home also possible.
Key Responsibilities
- Search for and identify new RFPs, tenders, and business opportunities relevant to the company’s services.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of RFP documents, ensuring compliance with requirements and deadlines.
- Build and maintain relationships with local companies, partners, and potential clients.
- Register the company on client/vendor portals and maintain updated profiles.
- Support the management in market research and competitive analysis.
- Attend business meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities as required.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather technical, financial, and administrative information for proposals.
- Maintain accurate records of business development activities and status updates.
Requirements
- Saudi Nationality – Mandatory.
- 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles (fresh graduates with strong communication skills will also be considered).
- Good understanding of the Saudi business environment and procurement processes.
- Hands on skills of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Valid Saudi driving license preferred.
