Avamels Printing Solutions is actively looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our team in Riyadh. This role is ideal for individuals with strong organizational skills and a passion for supporting HR functions in a fast-paced, creative work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates
Maintain employee records, files, and HR databases accurately and confidentially
Support onboarding and orientation for new employees
Coordinate training sessions, performance reviews, and other HR programs
Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests
Assist with payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave management
Prepare HR documents, reports, and presentations as required
Support the HR Manager in implementing company policies and ensuring compliance
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
1-2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role preferred
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Fluency in English and/or Arabic
Must be based in Riyadh or willing to relocate
