Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Government Relations Supervisor to manage all governmental procedures and ensure compliance with Saudi regulations. This role requires strong knowledge of labor laws, Saudization, and government platforms, with excellent bilingual communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage official government platforms including Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, Mudad, Baladi, Absher, and ZATCA.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws, Saudization policies, and government regulations.
- Manage renewals and updates of Commercial Registration, Municipal License, GOSI, and ZATCA certificates.
- Coordinate with ministries, municipalities, and government entities for inspections, updates, and correspondence.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all government-related procedures for auditing and compliance.
- Provide regular compliance and renewal status reports to internal stakeholders.
Skills
- Strong understanding of Saudi labor laws, Saudization, and government requirements.
- Proven experience with government platforms and documentation processes.
- Excellent bilingual communication skills in Arabic & English.
- Strong attention to detail, follow-up, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple teams and ministries.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- 5–6 years of proven experience in government relations within Saudi Arabia.
- Demonstrated track record in compliance, renewals, and handling official documentation.
- Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English is preferred.
