Key Responsibilities:
- Greet all clients in a warm, friendly, and professional manner upon arrival.
- Manage the salon’s reception area including handling phone inquiries, walk-ins, and scheduling appointments.
- Brief clients about available services, treatments, and retail products.
- Maintain accurate appointment records and update schedules as needed.
- Upsell salon services and retail products based on client needs and preferences.
- Handle customer queries and complaints efficiently, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with stylists and therapists to ensure timely service delivery.
- Maintain cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of the front desk/reception area.
- Process payments and maintain records of daily transactions.
- Support promotional and marketing efforts as directed by the management.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a front desk, customer service, or salon environment preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in appointment management software is a plus.
- Polished appearance and a positive, friendly attitude.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
