Steps from the Prophet’s Mosque, our Hotel will offer luxury accommodation for the city’s 1.5 million annual visitors. The new-build hotel will be located at the heart of Madinah and steps from one of the most historic and significant sites in the region: Al-Masjid an-Nabawi, also known as the Prophet’s Mosque. Madinah is also home to the Quba Mosque, which is regarded as the oldest mosque in the world.About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and service-minded Employee Housing Manager to lead the operations of our employee accommodation facilities at Four Seasons Hotel Madinah. Reporting to the Director of People & Culture, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of comfort, safety, and wellbeing in the housing complex while planning engaging recreational activities that enrich the employee lifestyle experience.
What You Will Do
Oversee the day-to-day management of employee housing, ensuring standards of cleanliness, safety, and comfort are consistently met.
Supervise housing staff and coordinate maintenance, housekeeping, and security services.
Monitor occupancy levels, room assignments, and arrival/departure schedules for new and existing employees.
Implement and maintain housing policies, procedures, and emergency protocols.
Act as the main point of contact for all housing-related inquiries and concerns.
Conduct regular inspections and liaise with contractors and suppliers for repairs and improvements.
Collaborate with the People & Culture team to support onboarding and team member welfare.
What You Bring
Previous experience in staff accommodation, property management, or facilities coordination.
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to build rapport and handle employee concerns with empathy and discretion.
Familiarity with safety standards, housing regulations, and vendor management.
Proficiency in English and Arabic is essential.
Suitable candidates must be eligible to work in Saudi Arabia.
