About the location:
AMAALA is situated along Saudi Arabia’s northwest coast and is home to some of the most diverse natural environments. Marking a new chapter for comprehensive wellness tourism, Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay will feature 220 keys comprising of rooms and suites, as well as villas with their own private pools, and 26 branded residential villas, all thoughtfully designed to offer breathtaking bay and sea views. The resort will include a luxury spa nestled within its garden of tranquility and inspiration featuring a sculptured waterfall. The Organic Spa Garden will be a focal point and treatment experience set to stimulate the senses, offering extensive therapeutic remedies including halotherapy, cryotherapy, and advanced skin therapies. We are looking for a charismatic, creative, and service-driven Bar Manager to lead the bar operations at Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay. Reporting to the Assistant Director of Food and Beverage, you will oversee the day-to-day management of the resort’s bar outlets, ensuring innovative beverage offerings, seamless service, and a vibrant yet sophisticated atmosphere that enhances the guest experience. You will also play a key role in establishing a leading-edge non-alcoholic beverage program, delivering exceptional and artistic drink creations in line with the resort’s luxury positioning.
What You Will Do
Oversee the operation of all resort bar venues, including lounge bars, pool bars, and specialty beverage outlets.
Lead, train, and inspire the bar team to deliver exceptional, personalized, and efficient service.
Curate and continuously evolve beverage menus with creativity, premium quality, and strong local influence, emphasizing non-alcoholic mocktail innovation and craftsmanship.
Develop and deliver strong, creative, and visually appealing non-alcoholic drink concoctions that reflect current trends and luxury standards.
Manage inventory, ordering, stock rotation, and ensure strict control over beverage costs, pouring standards, and hygiene compliance.
Collaborate with the culinary and marketing teams to align beverage offerings with resort events, seasonal promotions, and restaurant concepts.
Maintain adherence to all licensing requirements, safety regulations, and cleanliness standards at all times.
Lead bar pre-opening activities, including concept development, recruitment, staff training, menu engineering, and operational setup.
Drive guest engagement through thoughtful beverage programming, tasting events, and personalized guest interactions.
Continuously monitor guest satisfaction scores and implement service improvements where needed.
What You Bring
A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in bar or beverage operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role, preferably in luxury or lifestyle hospitality.
Deep understanding of classic and modern mocktails, mixology trends, beverage pairings, and creative non-alcoholic beverage presentations.
Proven experience leading a team, coaching, and delivering high-quality training in beverage service and guest experience standards.
Strong skills in POS systems management, bar financial controls, inventory management, and beverage cost analysis.
High level of creativity, attention to detail, and guest engagement strategies.
Fluency in English is required.
