We are hiring a Front Desk Receptionist for a Leading Salon located in Riyadh.
The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for all clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and informative manner.
- Manage and coordinate front desk activities, including handling inquiries and providing accurate information.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
- Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.

Pay: ﷼8,000.00 - ﷼10,000.00 per month
