We are seeking a highly professional and service-oriented F&B Manager with proven experience in managing food and beverage operations in elite environments such as private schools, royal households, or high-end institutional settings. The ideal candidate will ensure the highest standards in food quality, nutrition, service, and hygiene while catering to both daily operations and special occasions.
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field • Minimum 7–10 years’ experience in F&B management, with at least 3 years in a school, private estate, royal palace, or luxury hotel setting • Strong background in nutrition, dietary planning, and menu customization • Proven ability to manage multicultural teams with discretion and professionalism • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills • Fluent in English; Arabic or French is an advantage
