As Food & Beverage Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the smooth operation of all F&B outlets and events. You’ll assist in coordinating service delivery, managing guest requests, and liaising between departments to ensure exceptional guest experiences aligned with IHG’s True Hospitality standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate daily F&B operations across outlets and banquets to ensure seamless service.
Assist in managing reservations, event bookings, and banquet setups.
Communicate effectively with kitchen, service, and sales teams to meet guest requirements.
Monitor inventory levels and support ordering processes for F&B supplies.
Maintain accurate records and reports related to F&B operations and events.
Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Support training initiatives and enforce brand standards within F&B outlets.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Assist in administrative duties including scheduling and payroll support.
Required Skills & QualificationsDiploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
Previous experience in food and beverage coordination or service roles is an advantage.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in MS Office and F&B management systems.
Customer-focused with a problem-solving mindset.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
