Overview
We are looking for an experienced IT Field Service Technician to provide end-user support across Windows and macOS environments. The role involves troubleshooting hardware/software issues, managing IT assets, and delivering excellent on-site and remote support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve OS/application issues (Windows & macOS).
- Handle escalated issues from Level 1 support.
- Install, configure, and maintain end-user equipment/software.
- Manage IT assets, inventory, and equipment disposal.
- Log and track tickets, prepare service reports, and analyze performance data.
Requirements
- 3+ years in IT support/field service.
- Strong knowledge of Windows & macOS troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel for reports/analysis).
- Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP (preferred).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with ticketing/ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
Nice to Have
- Certifications: CompTIA A+, Network+, ITIL.
- Ability to lift/move equipment (up to 50 lbs).
- Flexible to work extended or on-call hours.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: ﷼5,000.00 - ﷼6,000.00 per month
