About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Exhibition Manager to lead and expand our portfolio of exhibitions, conferences, and live events across Qatar & KSA. The role requires a balance of strategic vision, commercial growth, and operational excellence to ensure successful delivery and profitability of projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic growth plans for exhibitions and events.
- Lead event concept creation, content development, and market positioning.
- Build and maintain relationships with industry stakeholders, sponsors, and partners.
- Manage budgets, project timelines, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Oversee operational delivery to ensure events meet the highest standards of quality and profitability.
Requirements
- Proven experience in exhibitions, conferences, or large-scale events management.
- Strong commercial acumen and track record in growing event portfolios.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in Qatar / KSA exhibitions sector is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
