Purpose:
- Statutory environmental approval undertakings and conditions;
- Worley environmental standards and aspirations;
- Reasonable Community and Stakeholder expectations.
Main Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
- Proactively leading and advising Project (including Sub-Contractor) line management in the implementation of the Environmental components of the Health/Safety/Environment Management System
- Acting to directly support the efficient implementation of Project related environmental commitments and conditions;
- Monitoring compliance with Pro-active involvement with Project related environmental commitments and conditions;
- Assisting in the preparation of Environment Management related documents and programs.
- Acting to identify improvements in the Project’s management system and management initiatives, particularly in relation to environmental matters;
- Efficient completion of other assigned tasks as directed.
Safety Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate a personal commitment to Health, Safety and the Environment by:
- Being aware of Australian and Local Statutory Health, Safety & Environmental Regulations;
- Demonstrating an understanding of the project objectives in the areas of Health, Safety and the Environment.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Qualifications – degree;
- In-field site development experience required;
- Environmental management system structure and implementation experience;
- Competent to deliver environment related training effectively
