Requirements
Key Requirements
● Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field.
● Relevant teaching qualifications (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent).
● 3+ years of experience teaching English, particularly in an American curriculum setting.
● Expertise in instructional strategies that engage students in a diverse learning environment.
● Strong classroom management skills and ability to create an inclusive classroom atmosphere.
● Understanding of child protection and safeguarding practices.
● Additional qualifications or participation in professional development programs are an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
● Develop and deliver comprehensive lesson plans that align with the American curriculum for English Language Arts.
● Assess and monitor student progress, providing timely feedback and mentorship to support their academic growth.
● Encourage critical thinking, collaboration, and communication skills through innovative teaching methods.
