Aldenham Prep Riyadh is seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Teacher to join our thriving school community. About the Role
- We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic EYFS professional who can:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the UK EYFS Framework
- Support children’s development through a balance of play-based and adult-led learning
- Embed early literacy and numeracy skills (e.g., Jolly Phonics, Letters and Sounds)
- Use formative assessment tools (e.g., Tapestry) to track and support progress
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
- Communicate effectively with parents and contribute to the wider school community
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
- A degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent (e.g. Primary Education 3-7)
- UK-recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE (3 to 7) with QTS)
- Minimum of 4 years’ EYFS teaching experience
- Strong understanding of the EYFS statutory framework
Desirable:
- International School Experience
- Training in phonics programs (e.g., Read Write Inc, Jolly Phonics)
- Experience using online learning journals and assessment tools
