Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate, nurturing, and committed Kindergarten Teacher to become a valued member of our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate will foster a joyful, inclusive, and developmentally appropriate environment where young learners can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with the school’s curriculum and learning objectives.
- Cultivate a warm and positive classroom atmosphere that encourages curiosity, cooperation, and respect.
- Monitor and assess students’ academic and social progress, providing regular feedback and maintaining accurate records.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to support each child’s development and address any concerns.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to share best practices and contribute to school-wide initiatives.
- Uphold school values, policies, and procedures while modeling professionalism and care.
What We’re Looking For:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field, with valid teaching certification.
- Proven experience working with kindergarten-aged children in a classroom setting.
- Strong classroom management, organizational, and communication skills.
- A nurturing, patient, and energetic disposition with a deep commitment to student-centered learning.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and adapt to a dynamic school environment.
