Job Purpose
A Reliability Analyst is responsible for analyzing and improving the reliability of equipment, processes, and systems within an organization. They use data analysis, predictive maintenance techniques, and risk management strategies to enhance operational efficiency and reduce downtime.
Key AccountabilitiesCollect and analyze data related to equipment performance, failure rates, and maintenance schedules.
Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring continuous operation and safety.
Continuously assess processes and equipment for improvement opportunities, implementing changes to enhance reliability and efficiency.
Prepare detailed reports on reliability statistics, maintenance plans, and risk assessments for management review.
Work closely with other departments, such as engineering and operations, to ensure alignment of reliability practices with organizational goals.
Minimum Qualifications, Experience and Competencies
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
Minimum Experience:
5 years in Reliability field.
