Expertise / Occupational Qualification / Special Knowledge
· Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
· Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in electrical engineering, with at least 2 years in the fit-out or interior construction industry.
· Previous work experience in Saudi Arabia is highly desirable.
· Strong knowledge of Saudi Electrical Code and local authority regulations.
· Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, Dialux, and other design software.
· Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
· Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Task description
- Design and review electrical systems for interior fit-out projects (lighting, power, data, fire alarm, etc.).
- Prepare shop drawings, load schedules, and single-line diagrams.
- Coordinate with architects, mechanical engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems.
- Conduct site inspections and supervise installation to ensure compliance with approved drawings and safety standards.
- Liaise with local authorities to secure necessary permits and approvals.
- Evaluate and select materials and equipment according to project requirements and industry standards.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues during construction and commissioning phases.
- Prepare progress reports and maintain project documentation.
- Ensure all work adheres to Saudi electrical codes, SEC standards, and company quality policies.
- Support the procurement team in the selection of subcontractors and suppliers.
